Private Walter Douglas, Royal Army Veterinary Corps, 17th Veterinary Hospital, Royal Army Veterinary Corps. He died on Service of pneumonia in the 50th General Hospital in Salonika, aged 35, on 25th of January, 1919 and is buried in the Mikra British Cemetery, Kalamania, Greece. He had been born in Kirk Yetholm and was the son of Andrew and Mary Douglas, of Yetholm, Roxburghshire and the husband of the late Agnes Douglas.
