Private Prideaux Patterson, 2nd Battalion, Kings Own Scottish Borderers. He died in France on 5th November 1917 of wounds received in action, aged 25. He was the son of Robert and Elizabeth Patterson of Spittal, had enlisted in Berwick and is buried in Godewaersveldt British Cemetery, Nord, France.
