Flying Officer Thomas Donohue

Flying Officer Thomas James Donohue, Royal Australian Air Force. He was killed in an accident flying out of R.A.F. Charterhall on 10th November 1942 aged 23. He was the son of James and Ivy Donohue of Tweed Heads, New South Wales Australia and is buried in Fogo Churchyard. ( His name is not on Fogo War Memorial ). He was flying a Bristol Blenheim Mk V known as the Bisley  on a training flight when the port engine failed and the aircraft went out of control and crashed. His Headstone is inscribed ” He who gives himself gives unto God his Best “.
