Today, Coldstream's Heritage Ltd (Community Interest Company) is 'borrowing' the history society website to do three things:-
1) to alert volunteers that further archaeology will commence either in early or mid-March;
2) the stonemasonry repairs will be commenced on 3rd April by a firm from Blyth called Team-Force Restoration Ltd; and
3) we want to re-acknowledge the £136k cash funding for the project from the Heritage Lottery Fund, Historic Environment Scotland, Fallago Environmental Fund, Scottish Community Landfill Tax Fund, The Headley Trust, Douglas and Angus Estates, Lennel Estates, Flodden 1513 Club, Coldstream and District Local History Society and private donations.
