Erected in memory of WILLIAM PATTERSON Coldstream who died 11th April 1850 aged 74. Also AGNES WALKER his wife who died 21 January 1857 aged 62. Also JOHN their son who died 9th December 1844 aged 37.

Commentary

William Patterson was a Shoemaker living with son John Patterson and Catherine Patterson in Market Place, Coldstream in 1841.
