In loving memory of ELIZABETH FORSYTH TAIT devoted wife of ADAM GRAY who died at Coldstream 24th November 1946 aged 54 years. Also the said ADAM GRAY who died Coldstream 29th June 1965 aged 73 years. Also son Sgt ANDREW TAIT PTI 2nd Cameronians (SR) killed in Sicility 2nd August 1943 aged 24 years.

Military record

Sergeant Andrew Tait Gray ,2nd Battalion ,Cameronians . He was killed in action in Sicily on 2nd August 1943, aged 24. He was the son of Adam and Elizabeth Gray of Duke Street, Coldstream and the husband of Rose Gray of Hamilton, Lanarkshire. He is buried in Catania War Cemetery, Sicily, Italy.
