To the Memory of ISABELLA, wife of NICHOLAS JEFFREY, who died at Cornhill, 18th March 1932 aged 77 years. 

Also the above NICHOLAS JEFFREY, who died 8th Feb. 1935 aged 82 years.

Also JAMES, son of the above, who fell in action in France, 24th Oct. 1917 aged 29 years.

Also MARTHA JANE, daughter of the above, who died 10th Oct. 1949 aged 56 years.

Also AGNES, daughter of the above, who died 31st Aug. 1953 aged 72 years.

Commentary

Nicholas Jeffrey born at Twizell Mill  he had the small shop in Cornhill. His wife Isabella was born at KairtonNorthumberland.  They had a large family Agnes, Rachel, James, Helen, Martha, Alexander and Ruby.
