In Memory of ANDREW DONALDSON who died at Coldstream, 10 May 1865 aged 51 years.

Also AGNES his daughter who died 12 Oct. 1859 aged 6 years.

Also THOMAS his son who died 13 Jan. 1884 aged 35 years.

Also AGNES his wife who died at Gateshead 22 Feb. 1885 aged 69 years.

Also MARGARET their daughter who died at Gateshead, 19 Dec. 1885 aged 38 years.

Commentary

When Andrew Donaldson was born on June 12, 1812, in Northumberland, England, his father, Andrew, was 40 and his mother, Margaret, was 42. He married Agnes Lewins on June 23, 1839. They had nine children in 19 years. He died on May 10, 1865, in his hometown at the age of 52.
